SEBI Statutory Risk Disclosure & Advisory Disclaimer
Applicable to all users of Gamma Blast (myquant.in) • Last Updated: October 2026
Gamma Blast (operated under the domain https://myquant.in) is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as:
- An Investment Adviser (IA) under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013;
- A Research Analyst (RA) under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014;
- A Portfolio Manager (PMS) under SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020; or
- A Stock Broker, Sub-broker, or Authorized Person under SEBI (Stock Brokers) Regulations, 1992.
Gamma Blast is strictly an independent, algorithmic data-analytics tool and virtual paper trading simulator engineered for educational, training, academic, and quantitative study purposes only.
Mathematical screening of publicly available derivative contract metrics (Open Interest, Volume Expansion, Support/Resistance walls, and Candle Geometry) across the 213 NSE F&O universe, paired with simulated paper portfolios.
None of the materials, tables, confluence scores, indicators, screeners, radar outputs, paper trades, or alerts generated by Gamma Blast constitute:
- Financial advice, investment advisory, or portfolio management services;
- An offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, contract, or underlying asset; or
- A prediction or promise of future price movement, profitability, or return on investment.
Where the software displays a confluence trigger score (such as a 95/100 threshold), this number represents solely an arbitrary mathematical qualification criteria based on configured rules (e.g., proximity to high OI strike, 15-minute candle body ratio ≥ 55%, volume expansion ≥ 3.0x). A high confluence score does NOT signify or guarantee a profitable real-market outcome.
Paper trading results, virtual execution logs, and historical backtests displayed on Gamma Blast are entirely hypothetical and simulated:
- Virtual orders do not trade in live exchange order books (NSE/BSE).
- Simulations cannot replicate real-world liquidity crunches, bid-ask spread widening, order execution delays, broker server downtime, or psychological pressures.
- Past simulated performance does not guarantee or indicate future real-world results.
Any decision by the user to trade with real financial capital is made at their own independent discretion and exclusive financial risk. Users are strongly urged to consult a qualified, SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and thoroughly assess their risk tolerance before undertaking derivative trading.
